Sometimes it means preparing for a move, creating a more functional space, connecting with the right resources, or simply sorting through a complicated situation that feels hard to untangle.
With experience in real estate, interior design, renovation, planning, and transition support, I bring both a practical and creative perspective to the process.

At Home &
In the Community
When Raini isn’t helping clients find practical ways to improve their homes and their lives, she is usually putting that same resourcefulness to work in her own.
She has renovated and managed her own homes and investment properties, loves gardening and tackling a good DIY project, and is rarely short on ideas for making a space work better.
Raini is also actively involved in the Ventura County community through local business and networking organizations, neighborhood involvement, volunteering at Lotusland, supporting James Storehouse and Open Table, and creating opportunities for women to connect through her own Meetup and Facebook communities.
And when she isn’t working, volunteering, renovating, planting something, or starting another project, there’s a good chance she’s out exploring with her dogs.
